Yesterday I noticed my abs were sore... and I had no idea why. No workout, no lifting, no particular activity comes to mind as a cause.
I wanted to leave the office and go home to my exercise ball to stretch, but it was so noticeable I had to do something immediately... I attempted stretching over my table, and that was pretty painful.
At home, I laid on the ball, did cobra pose, did some different work (fascial, frictioning, energy work), and felt a bit better.
Today, I'm not really aware of the pain unless I touch the area or stretch, but man it's still there. It hurts most just under my ribs.
Sound like anything you've experienced/worked on? Any advice? Help appreciated!
