I have a question about healing crystals. I found out last week I need bilateral total mastectomies in the coming weeks (have to stop smoking first, shame on me, I know). I won't know about the extent of chemo or radiation until everything goes to pathology. But it's so hard to stay focused with massages and I thought someone here would have ideas for me.

Are you looking for crystals for focus, to help with the cancer, energy support or all of the above?

For focus, amethyst or fluorite would be a good choice, they assist with mental clarity, these are easy to find and easy energy to work with especially if you are new to crystals.

You can also use selenite which assists with energy flow, mental clarity, and we've had some good results with selenite and cancer too. Chlorite included quartz also helps fight cancer too.

For stress and mental clarity, amazonite works well, it helps with pain management too.

For energy, citrine is a must, rutilated quartz also boosts energy levels. Smoky quartz will assist with sleep and help you keep balanced. There are also many stones that will help with addiction too.

prayers to you, still39. my crystal advice for you would be rose quartz or aventurine because they relate to the heart which is a primary area needing replenishment in relation to breast cancer. be sure to cleanse your new stone, and it would be great to wear as a charm on a necklace or in a medicine bag close to your heart.

I am not judging your decision or second-guessing your doctors, I just want to share the word with you that very recent research indicates that not all women who are told to get a double mastectomy actually need that extreme of a procedure, so I do hope that you have sought out second, third and fourth opinions. Again, all the positive healing energy in the universe to you at this time.
