I currently have a client who has cuboid syndrome, plantar fascitis, and heel spurs.
She sees a Podiatrist regularly, wears orthotics, has tried cortisone -etc.
We are getting decent results with the massage and cross fiber work. I also use Biofreeze on the area. I work all surrounding areas as well.
I am looking for anything else to try and maybe get longer results, if that is even possible. She is overweight and her job requires her to stand for long periods of time. I would like to approach a discussion with her about her general health, but really don't know how to go about it.
