I served 22 years in the Army and during my last 5 year tour, every Friday morning at 6am everyone would strap on a 55lb rucksack, a 10lb rifle then run-march 10 miles around the area in 2 hours. Suffice to say I left military service with injured knees, ankles and lower back! The physiotherapist had me MRI'd from from mid-back to mid-calf and didn't like what she saw! There is significant 'wear and tear'.

I started drinking an aloe vera gel drink with condrotine, glucosamine and MSM I've found that I have had a great result from it. Just after leaving the service I was finding it very painful to bend down to pick up my 1 year old son and my knees were agony. Drinking Freedom has done something fantastic for me and I highly recommend it.
