Curious About Bar Managers

Thanks Amigomio, that sounds like a generic description of the behaviours of the Manager, Waiters and Girls. I would like to add this one, "Most times the Bar staff and Chica gang up to F**K the Customer and other times they F**K each other up

Managers can be good guys to customers and outspoken assholes with the members of the business they tend.
They might ask the girls for commisions where there is none to charge.
They might ask the waiters for a cut of their tips or a fixed ammount to let them work at his establishment.
And so on and so on... there are many variants to this formula.
So in the same way waiters ask may ask a cut off the girls ficha commision and so on and so on...

Things I am sure change every time there is a manager change....I cannot speak about every bar, but I have never heard a comment about Juantez or Sergio the Managers at AB...although some people have been know to think the asswipe "Mario" is the night Manager over there.

Hey Sampson, thanks for the response. Managers even in civilian life can take undue advaneforum.xxxe or the female subordinates pally up to the boss seeking favors. As for the bar girls it is probably even worse, or is it, anyway sex is their business, so they dont really have to go that much out of the way, but yes it can be a challenge gettign the ficha money every day after the shift? Which bars are better managed in this aspect or is it general

The manager's do call the shots....I cannot speak for all of them, but I have known a few that ask for favors before paying fichas. I know of one that lets a girl come and leave as she pleases, as she does "favors" for him.

I had a girl come home with her clothes ripped because some asshole manager wanted to fuck her and she refused....she left without getting her fichas paid and then went to work at another bar.

I am sure there are probably good managers that just approach it as a business, as bad news tends to travel faster.

A few years ago, a Manager at Miami, went to prison for performing an abortion on a chica in the hotel Cascadas. I think I remember his name, but don't want to post as I could be wrong and don't want to wrongly accuse anyone....I know he was back on the job when he was released.

I was wondering how much "power" the Bar managers have over the meseros and especiallythe Chicas. Or are the owners more in charge, I hear the Hongkong, Miami, Adelitas and Tropical are owned by a "corporation" thats what one manager told me. I guess these managers must be having a pretty good time with any girl he chooses to ? I have met the Hongkong and Miami managers many times, seem like ok guys rather dumb but I am sure they are sharks type. I hear they have girlfriends in Hongkong and if any meseros screws around with them, they are chucked off.
