Customer Appreciation Week - ideas?

Hey all - hope this post find everyone in high spirits! I know I am.....it *almost* feels like spring is on its way!

The first week in April I am doing a Customer Appreciation Week, followed by a Spring Open House. M-F will have some serious discounts, each day having their own special. Saturday will be an all day Open House. I have never been one for such steep discounts, but it IS customer appreciation and I'd like see a few new faces, and hey, its a once a year thing - so I'm cool with it.

Monday Madness
*Get a full hour massage for the price of a half hour

Two for 1 Tuesday
*Bring a friend, get a 1/2 hour massage and your friend gets one for free! (on this day I'll set out appetizer platters and magazines for those waiting)

Fabulous Friday
*get a free "fabulous feet" session (scrub/masque/massage) with a full or 1/2 app.

Wed. and Thursday I am drawing a blank! I can't think of anything catchy and reallllly tempting! Can you guys help me think of a few more ideas? I have to get the ad in by the end of the week.

OH - and for the Open House -
*I'm bringing in a COOKIE LEE rep (fun and fabulous knock-off jewelry) and LUCIOUS BOUTIQUE (fun and fabulous knock-off purses)
*fun food (mini cheesecake bites, mini cookies, chocolate fondue)
*Discounts on early Mother's Day GCs
*Door prizes (tanning package, tanning sessions, outdoor fireplace and fresh flower bouquet)
*Make-Your-Own-Bath-Salt Station
*Crack-An-Egg (easter eggs filled with coupons)

Any other fun ideas??

Good ideas!

The only thought I had was a 2-fer massage/tanning package. One tans while the other has a half hour massage, then they switch places? Maybe for the price of one massage and one tanning session? Or for the price of the massages.

My business name is Rose of Sharon Therapeutic Massage. I've begun making chocolate roses to give for special events/gifts. Is there something like that, that you could connect to your business name?

Definitely have your logo/contact info on anything you give away! I printed clear window cling paper with my name/logo & phone number, and remove candle labels (rose scented candles, of course ) and relabel them with my clings. It works beautifully!

My uniform is a t-shirt with iron-on transfers made on my computer, displaying my business name/logo. I also wear a jacket like this, in the spring and fall. I made some of these for door prize gifts, and it was a big hit, too.

I know this is specifically about customer appreciation - but it is okay to get your name out there while you thank them!

OHhhh, I like having the shirts made!! There is an embroidery place around here that does my sheets for me - they are super reasonable! Thats an awesome idea! Thanks!

The tanning place is across town so that wouldn't work, but Im there all the time so I thought I'd just pass a little business her way too by buying some packages.

Nice ideas.

I have done balloons with coupons in them. Buy a GC or book a massage and pop a balloon. Get the discount that is inside.

I also have used Open Houses as an opportunity to inform my clients of other things offered in the area. Had an acupuncutrist present and reflexology information from another person locally all available at my last Open House. Help each other with referrals.

At my open houses I always make a large bowl of punch and a batch or 2 of brownies. I have been told many times that I make the best brownies. Also a fruit and veggie tray.

LOL - nope, the tanning combo won't work! At the fitness club I work from, we give a massage/sauna package deal, on occasion. But the sauna is in the building!

What does the embroidery place DO to your sheets? I hadn't thought to make my sheets personalized at all......I'm interested!

I have my most regular clients names embroidered (sp) in a pretty scroll on their own top sheet. '

When they come in, they have their sheet - to them it looks like they have their own sheet set and they feel super duper special - but you and I know its just a top sheet so its pretty easy to keep them seperate. Everyone loves it! Its only like $6 per sheet where I do it. I got the idea here.
