Wonder if anyone can offer suggestions? I have a new client who has suffered from ulcerative colitis but who has recovered well. In conducting a treatment I was surprised to find that the left foot became very damp and that this was not the case with the left. I also noted that the sensitive reflexes were on the descending colon and rectum. Can any with greater experience than I help explain the dampness? I have some acupressure experience and wonder if this dampness could in any way relate to the concept of damp heat in the large intestine, at the LI4 pressure point was also sensitive on the left hand but not on the right! Why?
Thanks
