dang cut finger

i cut my pinkie finger bad while washing a broken window..I didnt know the glass crack was raised..) next time I will check ..duh

i swiped my finger across the glass and cut it badly..it bled like a son of a gun..so i went to the dr.'s to see if there was any shards of tiny glass in it and he glued it shut..

worked today with band aid ans finger cot..and when massage was over
i noticed the cut had broken open, i could see the blood through the cot..crud..so I rebandaged it and put on a new cot..and did my next masssage..the show must go on right? it really stinks to try to do a massage with even the tiniest finger cut..

(((hugs))) I know every time I hit my hand I wonder if it's going to affect my massaging. This job certainly makes us body conscious for sure!

Buy yourself some Krazy Glue & glue it shut again. I've done that myself, having learned that trick on this board. It's a miracle cure!

My hubby cut his hand (in the muscle between the first finger and the thumb, right in the meaty part) a couple of weeks. It actually required three stitches. He did it on a Friday- we had to cancel his afternoon and Saturday appointments, but he went back to work on Tuesday, wearing a glove. Yes indeed- the show must go on! And it's a good reminder to *always* be careful with our hands- they are our living!

dang cut finger

Yep, since beginning massage I have become incredibly protective of my hands. If I have the smallest chore I reach for a pair of gloves. After all, a cut finger could cost me some massages. Gotta protect the bread winners. 8)
