I was at Delta a few months ago for a supposed RMT massage that would be covered by my insurance. The guy at the front desk said $85 (I believe) so I agreed for a one hour session.

The "therapist" was a slim Asian woman, likely chinese and in her late 20s/early 30s. Couldn't see if she was cute or narrow down the age because of the mask and uniform/scrubs. The pressure was good but she didn't work my gluts, one of my main trouble spots. At least she came close to an hour, about 55 minutes.

When I went to pay, the guy claimed he, "just ran out of receipts" so charged me the spa/non-RMT rate of $50 (I believe).

I only went to use up my insurance coverage as I have my cheap insurance company jewing our coverage down constantly. But since I wasn't able to claim the massage, no decent glut massage, no tease and no extras... I'll never go back.

Spa is clean, has a small but free parking lot, but wait time was 15 minutes even though I made an appointment and showed up 20 minutes early to complete all the required forms. In fact the front desk guy told me to come back in 20 minutes, then had me spend 15 minutes of the forms and then wait another 15 minutes!

There are too many other options within a one minute drive to make Delta a repeat.

They definitely don't accept all the insurance/provide receipts for RMT. I booked an appointment, called ahead and was confirmed both by Sara and Star that insurance (sunlife) would be accepted. They were hesitant at first with new client, but said ok to visit. But once I went there it was a complete 180. 1) I was asked how'd be paying at the beginning and 2) that they can't accept my insurance. Star at reception was friendly and apologetic though.

I wanted to use my insurance $$ before they expire at the end of the month so didn't end up using the service via cash. So can't comment on the service, but you can't trust their insurance coverage, if any.
