A corrections officer with the Lee County Sheriff's Office was fired in August for receiving a "happy ending" during a massage at a Cape Coral parlor.
The investigation into Pierre Sicard, employed with the sheriff's office for 10 years, began after he approached multiple co-workers about his encounter with a masseuse at a parlor on Del Prado Boulevard. The name of the business was redacted in the report.
Sicard first mentioned the sexual act to a fellow deputy at the end of June. He told Deputy Mitchell Irish that he paid $75 for a massage and at the end of it, the masseuse touched his genitalia.
Sicard told Irish he gave the masseuse a $30 to $40 tip after the sexual act. According to the internal investigation, Irish said he "got the impression that the tip was for the 'happy ending.'"
Sicard told Irish "the masturbation was not sexual in nature."
Sicard told supervisors he considered the conversation with Irish as "just man talk." He told supervisors the incident occurred after the massage when the masseuse touched his private part. He said, "he was weak and didn't stop her." Sicard admitted the large tip was because of what occurred during the massage, according to the report.
Sicard's conduct was unbecoming of a member of the sheriff's office which led to his appointment being withdrawn.
