Detox Foot Pads

One of my colleagues came back from Holland and Baratt and asked me abt detox foot pads - I didn't know anything abt them - so did a search and came up with this [link=http://londondrawn.co.uk/]http://londondrawn.co.uk/[/link]as one of them

Anyone used them or do you think they're not good?

hiya,[/align][/align]yeah i had a go... ooooh lots of gunk! but i think i only did it a couple of times so i dont know how good they are.[/align][/align]at first you think maybe there is a chemical reaction happening with whats in the pad to make it look like yuk is coming out, but over the course of 14 days, not so much is supposed to, so... i guess there must be something to it.[/align][/align][/align]

I did a course of them Rakhee, and at first there was loads of goo coming out. As time went by they got cleaner. I did it for about 28 days as part of a weight loss drive, and I don't know if the foot pads helped but I certainly shed weight and felt better! You can get good deals on them from ebay.

how did it help with the weight loss - what else were you doing? and how much did you lose? I'm always looking for a quick and easy kick start!

Aha! Well let me cast my mind back... It was really a combination of exercise and trying to eat freshly prepared food ie not processed, and having lots of water. I was sort of using You Are What You Eat for guidance, although I could never follow her books religiously. I also find that GI eating agrees with me, and there are a number of excellent books around. I don't do 'diets' as such, but find that if I watch what I eat and cut out crisps, biscuits, cakes, pastry and fatty stuff, that always works for me. Good luck!
