I have an alignment issue, and my left hip compenates for my right side. My hip gets really really tense and i have to rub it out. I take a cue ball and rest my weight on it, roll it around and all that. Anyways, its worked for the past 6 months just fine. Until lastnight, i pikced my legs up and literally had my weight balancing on the ball trying to get as deep as possible.
Now my hip feels sore in that spot, almost as if i had done strenuous exercise. It feels tired or strained. What happened? It usually makes it feel better. Im just tryin to hit those pressure points.
