You should drink plenty of water which will aid the flushing out process, and not slow down the process by eating a heavy meal. Something light and healthy is always best and will help you feel refreshed rather than sluggish. You may experience cold-like symptoms for a few days after a massage, and your skin may become a little spotty as the toxins flush out but this is perfectly normal.
