Hi

I currently practise Reiki and IHM. I have always carried out IHM seated and as I had a break for a year or two foolishly sold my bed which I also used for massage

This means that currently reiki treatments are being carried out seated


I will be studying acupressure soon so the million dollar question is ........

Do I get another 3 section bed and a low backed chair

OR

Go for a portable massage chair ????
