Hiya all you lovely people,
At the risk of sounding rather stupid, I would just like to ask this question, as I seen references to both in other posts.
Some people have a diploma, some have a practitioner diploma, whats the difference?
I have a diploma with ASET level 3, please tell me this means I can actually be a practitioner of this therapy!! I am a little confused
I have also seen mentioned about CPD points, what is that all about then? help???
One more point before I go whilst I think of it. Generally, most people are saying that distance learning is not the best way learn IHM. May I just say, that I did the course with Stonebridge Associated College, and provided you also do some research in text books, and the videojug clip is quite good, and you practice A LOT on friends family, whoever you can grab, then I actually think it is a pretty decent course. The tutor support was excellent, and I am most of the way through the meditation diploma with them too. I would also suggest that you treat yourself to a couple with different therapists, firstly you can see how it feels yourself, and secondly it gives you a perspective of how other people practice the techniques.
I have only just got my diploma, so forgive my stupidity re the qualifications but it would be really useful if someone could clarify this for me
I look forward to reading your responses,
