No, but let me qualify that statement. There's risk and there's RISK. All a high quality MP offers is a lesser risk of getting something than a lesser quality MP offers. But it's still a risk. Is it likely you'll get something? Hard to say.
Let's say with a good place - the linens get changed, the old towels are removed and the shower floor is manually wiped down. BUT, they're not spraying the room with a disinfectant or even the shower stall between every customer so there's still an opportunity for something to grow, and multiply leading to infestation or infection.
Let's say with a bad place - the linens get reversed covered in oil/whatever, the clean up is in the waste bin waiting for the next guy and god knows what kind of microsplatter ended up where. That's just improves that previously mentioned chance for something to take root and be passed along by a considerable amount.
Any social contact at all carries with it, some amount of risk. Shaking hands with customer at work? Risk. Shaking hands with a customer at work who just wiped his ass ten minutes ago and didn't wash his hands? Allot more risk. Same deal with MPs. You're getting someone to perform an intimate service. There's going to be some sort of risk there no matter how clean we are. It's up to you to asses that risk and whether or not it's worth it.
Edit: And I'm not trying to scare anyone. I just think that if you're going to hobby, then you need to accept that you're taking a risk and know that you're not 100% bullet proof no matter what you do.
