Dirty Mikes first night in Thailand

Hi,

Well, after a lot of travelling, I arrived on Samui at around 11am. It was nice and hot and sunny as I sat in the little buggies that take you from the plane to the little wooden shack that they call an airport

My friend was waiting to meet me. It was great to see him. It had been a couple of years.

20 minutes from the airport and we were at his house. It is fantastic. Built in an exclusive estate with its own pool, it is totally relaxing.

Naturally, we started on the Chang, and at about 5pm had a little sleep then went to Chaweng.

In 2 years, there has been massive construction on Samui, and the charm that it used to have hasnt gone, but it is becoming bigger all the time. Its to be expected I guess.

Anyway, had some dinner in the Islander and watched the world go by, then went to a couple of bars near the Green Mango. It wasnt very busy for high season. I think the island is a lot busier, but the people are more spread out now.

Anyway, I lasted about an hour before I said I had to go and watch the ladyboy show at Christies

Good show, good music, but didnt see anything that I liked the look of. Some busted bloke in a frock just didnt cut the mustard.

I think it will be Patong before I get my end away. I certainly wouldnt bring anyone back to my friends house, and im happy just chilling out for a few days before I go beserk

After the ladyboy show we stopped at a bar which played live music. Very good. Got back to my friends at about 2am and went in the pool. It was a great first day.

We are having a BBQ tonight, so no sex there (unless I have a toss)

There is a band cald - Ovada that plays there now .
2 Filippina girls that sings and they do amazing good covers !!!
Tarzan and me see them in July in Lamai .

When I was there there was an act with girls too! Is it the one where the girls roll her head so fast while playing, that it is going to fall off?

Hey Mikey!

Here is a tip. If you have the time, go to Lamai. There is a LB Cabaret show there with a couple of real good-lookers in the show. The one who does the act where she comes out in an evening dress and long blonde wig, strips down to a g-string, and then removes the wig, and make-up,then dresses in a white linen suit to complete the transformation from "woman" to "man" is very pretty, great in the sack and a total sweetheart. Even when she is wearing the suit and no make-up she still looks like a pretty girl to me. I can't think of her name, although she uses 2 different names. She was 19 when I met her in the spring.

The Cabaret show is also a great laugh with lots of funny gags that I think you would like. There is also one other LB in the show who is quite stunning, although I don't know her.

Have a great time lounging by the pool, but you know you need more than that and soon!!! You didn't travel half-way around the world for a sunburn and a dip in the pool!!!

Mike...I first visited Samui I the mid 80's. I fear going back after what I saw happen in the first 6 years. Charm for me was long gone. Wonder if my old house is still standing?

we're gonna have a stop over at koh samui on our way to pkt from bkk and we have an option to stay a night if we want....is it worth a night maybe since we're gonna be stopping over?

chaweng and lamai are on koh samui right?

any suggestions on where to stay in koh samui if we do decide to spend a night there?

we are quite tight on our nights so we don't want to end up spending nights in sh*t places.....we're gonna be on patong for 1 week so pls let me know what islands are a must to visit that would be convinient for us??

It might be a ladyboy called Lisa. I have nobbed them numerous times. I have photos at home and will post them when I can.

I was at my friends house, which is about 20-30 minutes from Chaweng. There is no bars are girls at his house, and I dont want to podge his missus because its a bit disrespectful saying as they are looking after me

Im at Samui Airport and should be in Patong in a few hours. Then the fun begins...........

Could be the same one, but my memory's not so good for names. I know she used English names, two different ones. I think maybe one was Rose, and the other was possibly Lisa. She used the one name when I was with her and the other at the club. I think Lisa was the name she used at the club, but I'm not sure.

As for getting out of here, right now that is driving me crazy. I may leave on the 30th, but can't say for sure. Yesterday and today things went badly. I could say f*ck it and just leave, but would be leaving $14,000 on the table here, so to speak. Also if I walked out now it would piss some people off. So much is determined by good and bad breaks. I have had some good ones in the past month and have enough money to see me through, but I want to spend at least 2 months in LOS and the extra $ would be nice.

Describing things in terms of psychology, if I leave now, there will be an unresolved Gestalt in my mind! Don't you just hate those!
