I've never used disposable sheets, but this subject interested me, so I did a little searching (mainly to see if there is something out there that is the same consistency as the disposable hand towels at your fine hotels / which are very soft). I can't tell if any of these fit the bill, but the links may help someone in the future.
This first ones say they are suitable used for the hotel industry... so maybe they would be soft:

This study developed a new type of disposable fabric sheet from rayon and Manila hemp with a water resistant coating for use in nursing care.
A disposable fabric sheet that absorbs water on one side and is waterproof on the other may reduce the nursing care workload.
Reducing the difficulties of providing in-home nursing care to senior citizens is important, particularly for elderly caregivers.
PS. (I know this is a late response, but
in the past I have been able to ask the concierge of a hotel for sheets when they called me out for a massage or two and then asked me to stay for other guests to follow. It may be worth a call to the concierge of the hotel you plan to stay at and explain your situation. They might just provide the sheets for you. It never hurts to ask.
