Biceps take up approximately 3% of your body weight, Spend that much time on them when it comes to isolated muscle workouts. I like to do back and bicep together, since most back workouts like lat pulldowns, rows, and bent over rows all use up bicep while working your back, and maybe curl workout. Pull Ups are also key. Dont worry about massaging them, just get protein in 20 minutes after your workout cause your body will be craving it
