For me being a woman , I like talking and laughing. I always say, I am not a guy so for me it is nice to have a women who is good at what she does. I am getting way better but I do care how people think of me, my personality and I like when I hit it off with an sp.

If you want to optimize your service levels you probably should care, to some extent. Maybe not a long, involved conversation but the closer you can get to a genuine connection, the better your service will be. Well, you never can tell with sp's since they do tend to BS somewhat I think that if you treat them with dignity, respect, and listen to them, get to know THEM and make the encounter about both of you, you end up winning in the end.

I mean, there are signs that they do truly want to be there, like if they seem to be genuinely pleased to see you, or they book on just to see you, etc. So yeah, caring how they feel, what they think etc is something you should do.

I treat them like I would any woman I brought over to my place. I forget that they're an sp, and treat them how I would want to be treated.
