I just wondered if anybody knew the story behind the guy who sells cigarettes on Bangla rd. He is a Thai guy who the girls often dress up in ladies clothes. I’ve seen the Girls preparing him for his selling campaign by applying make up in the Sunset Bar. I asked and was told he had a bad experience with some dodgy drugs. Which makes him the way he is.

Always pleasant - always funny, he is a icon of Bangla Rd for me. It would be nice to know his story and might make people more appreciative of his efforts.

He has been around for a while now - if it's the guy i'm thinking of. I asked and was told that he had an accident while he was in the Army.

Of course that's here say - but a very nice bloke...I always try to buy my Cigs from him.

Me also... I assumed dancing bottle guy (its a crack up to see him round town not in pants up uniform, still a very odd charachter) but I cant think I have seen him in drag.

No I think he means the (trying to put this the most P.C. way) brain injured Cigarette Guy he's frequently outside Shipwreck and other bars on that stretch of Bangla.

I think i know the one, he wears a wig like dreadlocks and (again being pc) his head moves like those nodding dogs that people had on the back windows of their cars.

I was told that he was kind of strange already before he got into a fight that left him with some brain injuries.

Coke bottle man owns several shops in Patong. I was in an internet shop once...he came in sat next to me, said he'd had some bets and was checking the football results on livescore!! Been doing his "act" as long as I can remember...at least 10 years. NEVER seen anyone buy anything off him but it must be worth him doing it to keep going this long>>>

Hes been there for years
Its notting spesial other than he is sick and wont be there to many years more.
He is getting worse every year and will not be to old.
He is now at that seforum.xxxe that he starting haveing problems moving around and talk normally.

I dont remember the name of hes syndrome,but if you remember only some years back he was quite normal
