Hi
On our course we are taught to do a leg warming routine at the beginning of the treatment which involves stroking, effleurage and kneading from ankle to knee before starting on the reflexology treatment itself.
Whenever I've had reflexology treatments in the past it didn't include leg warming, just straight onto the foot for the treatment. I was wondering whether you think the warming up routines areanimportant part of thetreatment or not? I can't decide whether I would include this in my routine after I qualify or not.
