Personally, i think it has a better chance even though there is going to be one less democrat and one more republican. When it was voted on last september some republicans refused to vote in favor because Reid was using the bill as a means to gain votes for his own election in Nevada and it was being attached to an unrelated bill. now its going to be introduced as a stand-alone bill but will it receive any republican support?

Most of the tea baggers think that what Arizona is doing makes complete and total sense, morally and legally.

I mean, at least Bush tried to push for amnesty... He did try to genuinely do the right thing (regardless of the fact that he was completely off most of the time, he was spot on then).
