My older brother once told me that he could never accept a massage from a man. And since he is married, he didn't want one from a woman he is attracted to. Therefore he feels that only unattractive women can give him a massage. Do you think massages are a sexual thing?

They are more sensuous than sexual. It pretty much relaxes the entire body. In that condition, anything can happen if there is a physical attraction. As for me, I don't go to a massage parlor looking for sex. Neither should he regardless of who gives him a massage--whether it is a male, female, or if they are attractive.

That is the problem with too many men. They do not realize that a woman has to be turned on before she hits the sack. Things like massages just make her feel all warm and fuzzy inside, which leads to wanting to have that person closer, which leads to passionate sex. TAKE THE HINT GUYS!!! I would not be with a man that did not want to give me a massage every now and then. I even get foot massages too. Women are turned on by the things you do for her that makes her feel loved, not by what your penis looks like. They all look alike. Most of us do not care what your body looks like, if we love you, so that is not a turn on either.

Read the book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" if you are one of those guys that does not understand what a massage does for a women.

Even if it doesn't turn you on, it is generally considered a sexual thing by most people unless it's a professional situation(and not one of those massage parlors where they give "happy endings"). Giving a massage is one of the most-used ways a guy will try to get close to a woman sexually, especially if he isn't sure how to initiate putting the moves on her because he's nervous. It's a trick used by guys to get a chick relaxed and to get a chance to touch her under pretenses that it could just be entirely innocent. If she seems receptive, he goes for an accidental-on-purpose grope or brushes against a breast, or suggests it will work better with her bra off. This often leads to sexual activity if the one being massaged is interested in the person giving it and lets it happen. Girls do this to guys too. I've done it to guys, and that's how my first husband got me in bed the first time. Therefore, most men would agree with your brother. I can certainly say that if my husband was getting massages from a woman I'd rip him a new one, so to speak. If he went to a spa or something, though, and received a professional therapeutic massage, I'd be mostly okay with it.
