Does anyone have a "Master" massage table?

Does anyone have one of the "Master" massage tables? I'm looking at replacing my current table with something a bit more comfy, adjustable & lighter. I'm not so sure about the face cradle though, a face hole seems a bit less fussy.

I've got one, had it about a year, came with a carrying bag, which will hold two large towels, and a couple of smaller towels, or about 4 couch rolls.

The carrying handles are good, but even so at 6" 2"", they can be a bit of a stretch.

The table takes about a minute to set up. Unzip carrying case, open two latches on sides, pull open sides, lock legs, and your done.

There are holes either end of the table, so the headrest can be located at either end.

However some of my customers have lent on the headrest with arms, elbows, etc, so its worth keeping an eye on how they get on/off the couch, so you dont end up with a snapped head-rest.

It's a reasonably wide couch, and copes with larger clients admirably.

Master massage tables are manufactured in China. There are a some outlets in Europe, Ireland rings a bell.
Try looking on the web, they sometimes offer "Seconds", so if your clients are not fussy, that could be a possibility. Other on-line sources of used couches include www.chisuk.co.uk and of course the classifieds section of this HP site often has suitable items. The downside of the HP site is that some items remain on it for ages, so it becomes a real bore searching for things at times. Also a lot of items remain on the site long after they have been sold.
Journals also have lots of equipment advertised in their classified sections.
If you want a UK made product, there are many suppliers and personally, I would always go for something, which has been made by a quality manufacturer who does not employ, low grade or, child labour, for a cup of rice a day. Of course you may be on a tight budget and tempted by the cheapo's.
I can put you in touch with some UK firms, who manufacture less expensive couches to an acceptable standard, should you so wish.

Thanks for the responses. Cost isn't really an issue, so I don't really want to buy one that is a second, really I'm just trying to see what other therapists use and think is good. Personally, I quite like the Darley couches, but haven't had the opportunity to drag one around to clients.

If you are self-employed it is quite cheap to buy one from Costco (www.costco.com or .co.uk I think).

I have one it's been fine so far but it's bulky and heavy, they are all pretty much that way though. It's great for more shapely (how else do I explain that) or taller clients and the face rest is really quite comfy. I'd love one of those really lightweight couches, one day.. but I'm happy with mine for now. It's pretty good with load bearing too if you do anything daft like stand on the couch.

The Darley couches are made to a high standard in Cornwall. However I am not aware of a portable, which I would like to lug around all day, that would last for long. Some of the cheap products are often reduced to near wrecks after a relatively short life.
The things to look out for on couches include; smooth uphostery with neat corner folds, ease of erection / folding, back & head rest adjustment, height adjustment.
Turn the couch over and observe the following; even stapling of vinyl, smooth welds on steel frame with no gaps/holes. When erected, check that the couch feels stable and that the foam encapsulated uphostery does not retain indentations after compression.
Remember that your clients are your livelihood, if the first impressions of a clinical service look substandard, then that may reflect the attitude and effectiveness of the practitioner.
My work has taken me to literally hundreds of clinics and sometimes I just wonder how certain individuals attract and keep clients, with their down-at-heel equipment. Sadly, or perhaps, mercifully, some of these types quit the business.
