Does anyone have aromantics fizzy bath ball instructions

I bought a fizzy bath ball from Aromantics ages ago. I wanted to make them last night and realised that I have mislaid the instructions.

The small kit I have contains the following

Citric Acid and Cellulose; Sodium Bicarbonate and Propylene Glycol, plus 3 colours.

I've googled and found a few recipes but they don't inlclude the Propyline Glycol. I not sure if I put it into the mix all in one go. I'll be adding essential oils too but don't know what dosage is recommended. Or how many drops of colour to add. I'm aware that if I add too much liquid then everything will fizz up.

If any of you have the instructions could you please pm me.

I made some bath melts yesterday which came out lovely, and will be making some soaps in the next few days.

If no one can help then I'll order the instructions from the company.

There are many useful videos on you tube with step by step instructions and I am very tempted to make my own fizzy ball, it seems so easy. I think you would be better off without Propylene Glycol, I heard is a controversial ingredient.

As for the essential oils dosage I have this e-book from aromatic that recommends maximum 6 drops per bath. So I guess you should dose about 6 drops in a bath fizz per bath.

Although I do not have the leaflet for the bath fizz I do have the leaflet for the bath melts and the % for essential oils for those is 2% so I would say that it would be the same for those.

I think you can download the recipes quite cheaply on the aromantic website.

Thanks for your comments. I think I'll order another set of instructions if I can't find the origianal one later. I want to be sure about the dosage of essential oils because it is liquid if I use too much it will cause the mixture to fizz up too much before I'm able to put it in the mould. For the bath melts I made it was 20ml of Essential oils.

My recipe for bath bombs

1 tablespoon citric acid
3 tablespoons bicarbonate of soda
6 drops essential oils
floral water or witch hazel in spritzer bottle
botanicals

sieve bicarb, stir in citric acid.
add essential oils and mix well.
add a few spritzes of liquid and stir, repeat a few times.
squeeze mix, when it JUST holds its ready.
I then sprinkle a little botanicals into mould, a few table confettis and then squeeze in as much of the mix as possible.
smooth bottom.
leave to dry for 12 hours.

Makes one bath bomb.
