Make sure that you're getting all you're nutrients & vitamins, along with eating a more alkaline diet to better assist your body to repair any possible damage that may occur during times of rapid growth to 'stay off' unwanted stretch marks!!!!
Full body brushing every morning also increases elasticity & gives your skin a youthful glow.
Start the habit of giving yourself or going out to get a body scrubs once a week : ***and FYI DON'T do a scrub more than once a week, you'll only be damaging your skin.****
Also during times that you know your body will be growing quickly & there is the possibility of stretch marks, you'll want to look into getting regular body treatment, like a mud or sea weed wraps, once or twice a month. They help reinforce the immune system & increase the elasticity of the skin by removing the build-up of toxins that the skin adsorbs through-out the day.
