Dreams in Reflexology

Hi there,

I was wondering whether dreams are related in anyway with Reflexology. I have 2 case studies for my course and both of them mentioned that their dreams are more vivid and they can remember them more when they wake up..unlike before. I think there is a possible link but as i'm only a new to this field can anyone shed a light on this?
 
yep, vivid dreaming can form part of the "side effects" of treatment, however you will normally find this calms down after the first couple of sessions..

I'm very new to the reflexolgoy thing and it's working a treat... I sleep better at night but also the dreaming is fab!
