It depends.

Dirty vodka martini at a bar/before dinner; wine with dinner; white beer when it's hot and I'm on a patio; Guinness when it's cold and I'm in a pub; vodka soda or a bottle of beer when I'm out dancing (easier to carry around); rye and coke when I'm craving something sweet; or if after a meal, two fingers of the oldest bottle of Jameson the place has (neat) to accompany a small black coffee. Tequila's also the only liquor I actually enjoy as a shot. I'm pretty easy though, so if I'm out with a bunch of people it's usually just pitchers of beer to go with the chicken wings, haha. Yum!

I've had both wines and it really depends on the vintage, I prefer an '82 Barolo over a '03 Brunello but I certainly wouldn't kick a '97 Brunello out of my bed for eating crackers.
