Let me just say that, I found mostly everything I need for my 1st trip to Thailand, (Phuket that is) on this forum. The advices and stories are truly educational. Can't wait till Sept 5th when I become a temporary residence of Phuket, 2 weeks is wayyyyy too short. I have one minor issue, I don't drink beer. Living in the east coast of the U.S. I tend to start w/ a 'Long Island Ice Tea' "White Russian' , 'Pina Colada' and go on from there. Ingredients:
1/2 oz Strawberry schnapps
1 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple sec
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Strawberries
Salt
Mixing instructions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip rim in salt. Shake schnapps, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, and strawberries with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed glass, and serve.
