Hunting camels is prohibited.

Any misdemeanor committed while wearing a red mask is considered a felony.

Donkeys cannot sleep in bathtubs.

It is illegal to manufacture imitation cocaine.

When being attacked by a criminal or burglar, you may only protect yourself with the same weapon that the other person posseses.

Mohave County: Anyone caught stealing a soap, must wash himself with it, until it's all used up.

We have a few dumb laws in my state.

1) Baths may not be taken between the months of October and March.
2) Pedestrians crossing the highway at night are prohibited from wearing tail lights.
3) It is illegal for barbers to threaten to cut off kid's ears.
4) It is illegal to make a monkey smoke a cigarette.
5) You can get out of paying for a dependent's medical care by praying for him/her.

Okay me and my girlfriend was talking about the dumbest laws in America. I want to know what is the dumbest law that is in your state that you know of, or what's the dumbest law in a country around the world. Please let us know.

For me in my state it is againist the law to walk around with an ice cream cone in your pocket. :
