Hi i have asked this question in another thread but didn't get any replies ,so i'm hoping maybe another Reflexologist has come across this, i'm doing aromatherapy in sept and have ask a woman to be a case study,she has i think Dystonia,have any of you treated clients with this condition either with reflex/mass/ihm rek etc? what plan did you form for treatment what were your conclusions and did you need Drs permission? I have looked on there official website and it did not include any holistic therapies for helping, except tablets and surgery! your veiws would be apprieciated.xx

I haven't come across dystonia but I do treat a couple of people with Parkinson's disease (which I think is similar).
I would recommend that she does check with her consultant first.
I just aim to do a deeply relaxing treatment as lowering their stress levels can make a difference
