This is a review of e-Spa at 12 Jutland Rd in Etobicoke.

First of all, parking can be and issue, there's only 2 parking spots at this location, so if you're the 3rd person arriving, good luck. I did ask the girl about it and she told me that I could park at the Food store next door if the spots are full. Don't they think that Food store would have a problem with that?

After walking inside, there's a 2nd door which seems to be locked always, you have to hit the buzzer to get in.

I was greeted by Bobo, I would say about late 20s or ealy 30s, spinner type (face 7/10 in my book), not bad looking.

There's only 1 shared washroom, so no shower in each room. The room I was in was fairly decent size for an asian massage parlor, not cramped at all.

The massage was nothing special, pretty standard rubbing, she seems very shy even though her English was not bad at all, so after about 5 minutes I just gave up trying to carry on a conversation almost by myself, I kept quiet for the rest of the time, seems a bit awkward.

After the flip she asked what I was looking for, I told her but she was quite firm that it wasn't offered. I opted for NR and she was fairly mechanical. Nice C-cup natural boobs which I find rare for asian girls, but flat booty.

Door fee 40 + NR 60.

Before leaving, I asked if I come back to see her again, would she be open to more option and she was quite blunt "No ONE here will".

Not a repeat for me.

I went 2 times to see Latina Victoria lady Tuesday Ialways pay 40 for the room and 120 gfe service for half hour her massage was ok , very nice personality, I agree the place is cheap but I go for her

I believe she's the only not asian there (face 7/10 body 8/10 service 9/10 hygiene 10/10 )

she seem love what she's doing , I called last week she seems on vacation ,hope will appear tomorrow
