EAGAN, MN — The former operator of a massage studio in Eagan was charged this week with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (actor is in a prohibited occupational relationship) after another client came forward, Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena announced.
The new charge marks the fourth time the Dakota County Attorney’s Office has filed a criminal complaint against Johnny Le, 32, related to sex crimes.
In total, Le faces five charges, including third-, fourth-, and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, all related to inappropriate contact with clients.
Le is currently being held at the Dakota County Jail.
According to the latest criminal complaint, the victim contacted the Eagan Police Department after seeing news coverage about the previous charges against Le.
She told investigators the assault happened during a massage she received from Le at his Eagan studio in November 2023.
Police said there may be more victims. Anyone who believes they were a victim is encouraged to contact Detective Angela Casey with the Eagan Police Department at (651) 675-5763 or angela.casey@eaganmn.gov.
Latest complaint against Le
According to the latest criminal complaint, a woman reported being sexually assaulted by Le during a massage appointment on Nov. 29, 2023, at his Eagan studio.
She told police she booked the session through Groupon and came forward after seeing a post about Le on Minnesota Crime Watch.
During the massage, the woman said Le moved his hand closer to her groin area while she was lying on her back, according to the criminal complaint.
She shifted uncomfortably, and Le apologized, police said. But he did it again, this time touching her in a way she described as inside her body, prompting her to sit up and say "no," according to authorities, and Le apologized again.
After the massage, the woman texted a friend, saying Le "was massaging my groin area and started touching me," the criminal complaint states.
