EARTHLITE CARESS FACE CRADLE PROBLEM

Ive had alot of trouble with this face cradle. I originally bought my table 12-06, and by september (with not alot of use) the plastic petals on the cradle were ALL cracked and broken! I am meticulous about keeping the cradle in its case, INSIDE the table, which is in a closet. Luckily it was still on warranty, so it was replaced. But now Ive noticed two more cracked. Its not on warranty anymore, but I did just write to the company and am waiting to hear back.

just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

So called earthlite and they are replacing with a FLEX REST head rest.......so hoping to find reviews on that.

will be glad to get a good headrest!

May I ask if you ended up liking the new headrest, and also how the actual foam face cradle that came with that head rest (compared to any others you may have used in the past)?

I think i liked the original headrest the best. But I did not like how it completely fell apart, even tho it was stored in its case, inside the table.....TWICE!
