Well, it looks like Angel's Spa has already failed to live up to their promise of keeping their website updated.

The problem with the websites is that owners only think of how can they get a web presence for the least amount of cash. That usually ends up with a system that requires that they get it updated by the same company that designed it. Of course this is not free and being cheap in the first place they let it lapse. They need to get a web designer who will design the website with a web CMS which will enable the owner to manage the content without going to the designer.
