okay what am I on about now I hear you say :?: well to cut a long story short there is sooooooooooo much stupid gossip going around about the industry in Queensland - why? who knows how it come about? who farking cares!! But all I know is right now I am pissed off!!
All I care about is my advertisers and my website - that is it - as I have said before I will go out guns a blazing to protect my business and my advertisers!!
As the laws currently stand, nothing else has changed. The Prostitution Act 1999 has NOT changed since December 2003 and the only part of the Act which relates to private operators is in regard to advertising. This has NOT changed.
All that has changed is that the PLA has clarified the advertising requirements. There has been much talk of late regarding draconian changes to the system in Queensland. All that HAS changed is that internet advertising has been brought into line with print advertising. All this entails is that internet advertisements must be submitted to the PLA for approval before publishing - and that's all. Look for me, quite simply the fact of the matter is:
Some clients can't help themselves and they just believe what they hear and pass it on to the next lady they see - STOP please for the sake of the ladies - just stop!!
Some ladies are stirring up the pot and gossiping and telling ladies and clients things that they don’t need to tell or they shouldn’t be telling – just stop!!
I have spoken to ladies and it is getting to the seforum.xxxe where some ladies are ready to give up working why? Because it is all just to hard – well it isn’t. However, what they are being told by the wrong people makes it look like it is to hard – and it isn’t!!
Some clients just cannot get it through their heads that they shouldn’t be going around gossiping about ladies and/or other clients!! I don’t give a flying fark how other websites and/or businesses involved in this industry conduct their advertising and/or monitor there advertising BUT I sure as hell give a flying fark when it comes to my website and my advertisers!!



For example one of the latest stories is: qld working ladies have to be registered or face a ten day jail sentence – UNTRUE
No working lady can work in QLD unless she is registered – UNTRUE
Ladies have to give their real name when seeking PLA approval for their advertising – UNTRUE
Clients have to have to have a doctors certificate if they wish to see a working lady – UNTRUE

Omg and the list goes on………….. Look at the end of the day ladies are here and clients are here so no one is going anywhere so let everyone get on with the task at hand – which is SEX SEX AND MORE SEX :wink: :shock: :wink: :boing:

Nikki we are so thankful to you and all the help you have provided us with the PLA matter.

I too have been in touch with the PLA and can confirm everything Nikki has already mentioned. A Qld based WL can not register simply because it doesn't exsist in that state.

There really shouldn't be any panic in relation to the whole PLA topic. Ladies needing to gain approval for there advertising should contact the PLA, you won't believe how Reviewiendly and helpful they are.

Why gossip, why throw your hands in the air and give up, and why fight the system just for the sake of fighting the system?

Advertising approval really isn't such a radical concept.

Keep it simple...guys you don't need to worry bout it, and ladies keep making the cash!
