she has never been a judge and since Sharia Law is violent, unjust and loaded with cruel and unusual excessive punishments, It is quite apparent that Elena Kagan should never be allowed anywhere NEAR the Supreme Court or American Constitutional Law.
What will you you do to help preserve American law and Block Elena Kagan's appointment for a Lifetime of Destruction of Freedom and Liberty.?
Since Elena Kagan supports partial birth abortion, hates faith based charatible groups, and is anti-military, can anyone trust anything she says during these hearings?
Kagan promoted the acceptance of $20 million from the Saudi royal family to establish a center for the study of Islamic Sharia law.

I have no problem with women not driving, or voting but I have to admit that Sharia Law is way too extreme. Nobody but pedophiles deserve to be buried up to their neck in sand while people throw rocks at their heads. Hands do not need to be crudely removed from the limbs of a thief. Most of Sharia Law would classify as Cruel and Unusual Punishment according to the United States Constitution.

If this information on Elena Kagan is true, then I say she should never be allowed anywhere near the United States period. She should be tried for Treason and hanged, or deported to Syria.
