There are many combos you could try. Depends what you are trying to balance. For a start, try holding the thyroid with the ovaries, or the pituitary with the adrenals. Hold until you have an intuitive sense of balance. You may even have a slight pulsing or buzzing sensation before balance occurs. Training in Reiki, Colour Healing or Precision Reflexology can be useful.
