Endure Massage Chair

I know that the question has been asked about the endure massage chair but is anyone familiar with it. I bought one the other day off ebay and I got it today and I am not too happy with it. It seems you have to put the clients face cradle down and their neck is bent. This seems strange to me since I was taught to have the body in alignment when I massage. If anyone has any experience with this I would truly appreciate it.

I don't know about the chair, but I can't think of a better name for something no one's happy with than "Endure"

Could you please explain more what you mean?

The pictures on eBay look like you can move the face cradle up and down to modify it. I have been checking them out and would like more information about people who have had experience with this brand. Thank you.

The pictures on ebay do show that you can position the head cradle. I figured out why I could not adjust the head rest height. My chair just happened to have a kink in it where it was stuck. Now that I have gotten it unstuck I have used it a few times and I do not think it is a bad chair. This was not my first choice of chair but as my first choice is a bit out of my budget right now it will do. The chair is light weight and I do not have a problem carring it around.
