hi i am suffering at the moment with a severe back problem and i have found that i have put on some weight does anybody have any ideas for exercise that i can do, please dont suggest swimming cos i have exezma so going in a swimming pool will not work i find it plays havoc with my skin, i used to like to go walking but now i cannot walk far without pain so any ideas please cos the way it is going i will end up as the michelin women oh and i eat preety healthy plenty of veg and low fat foods so apart from straving dont know what else to do
