Looks like Temptations is expanding to the NE end of Edmonton. http://edmonton.en.craigslist.ca/ers/1942035547.html Probably moving into Classix site is what I'm guessing. Find it interesting that they are expanding while having trouble maintaining a full roster at the current location.

Then there's Northside studio which could probably be had for cheap, or maybe Cloud Nine which has been for sale in the past. In fact, I'm sure any studio in town could be bought for the right price.

Well if it is XTC, here's hoping she replaces the majority of the current staff. When I stopped in recently I was far from impressed with the SPs on duty. I think one of them probably doesn't even remember she was there, while another was texting as I was talking to her.

With EBC across the street, what reason does anyone have to go to Cloud 9 anymore.

I could not see them choosing cloud 9 since its only 2-3 mins away from Temptations and still on the West End.

Why don't you guys PM Allison on PERB to get the right answer?

Perhaps you ought to get yourself a map and have someone explain North, East West and South to you. She stated North East. EBC/Cloud 9 is in the North WEST.

does Edmonton really need another studio?

whether it be a pre-existing studio or a new one, this city really doesn't need another one.

there are enough bad MP's, or bad SP's in the studio's now.


i tend to agree with UB in that how the hell can Alyson afford to start up another studio, when she is constantly acquiring new staff at her present location. makes me think she has someone going into another studio with her. perhaps her former co-owner?

One of the biggest complaints I hear from various MP owners is that there are not nearly enough good SPs to go around. And the last thing you want to do is hire anybody just because she's a warm body. As we've seen in the past, a bad SP can do major damage to a studio's rep. No matter how many other good girls they have working there.

All I know is that I wouldn't want to be a studio owner in these times. I wonder how many of these places are actually making money. I've heard of various studios up for sale.
It's a fact that guys are paying less visits and just aren't spending as much. Nowadays it's not uncommon for an SP to blank out on her shift.

And to think it wasn't that long ago when there were less than half the studios there are now.

u guys r funny lol was waiting to see how long it would take hehe....yes its tru alyson and myself r opening in the northeast of edmonton around middle of oct maybe nov 1st....As I will be running the new studio and alyson will maintain the awesome job she has done here at temptations west. she will be there 1 or 2 days a week as well ....a good line up of girls and good mangement and advertising any studio will succeed in which I am hopeful temptations north will keep posted tho....

Well I have been having a lot of turnover staff lately cause I don't keep girls that give bad service. Once I get 2 complaints they are fired. That happened with a couple ladies I hired over the last two months. As for KC and JESSICA leaving... they moved away from Edmonton so they couldnt work anymore.. And I have been trying to hire "NEW TO THE BUSINESS" staff so that I can train them the way I like my studio to work... that way none of my ladies are jaded. So thats why the service stays good... I don't keep girls that overcharge... and I don't keep girls that have drug issues...

So it may look like I am having a huge turnover... im really just cleaning house and getting rid of the girls that are bad for business.

As for Temptations North... It will be opening up November 1st.. I will reveal the actual location later...
