Had two really bad experiences with Emma, who shares an ad and place with Christina.

Got stood up both times, despite appointments. My first experience, I waited an hour despite an appointment. I guess it is fast food style with Emma.

She works Wednesdays and Saturdays ... they might as well install a turnstile in the building. Johns standing in line by the buzzer trying to see her. She is like a factory, processing Johns. Seems like she books multiple appointments, and acts silly when you turn up and call her from the lobby.
