face cradle covers delivery problem

Has anyone ever ordered from massagetablecovers.com? I ordered some face cradles well over two weeks ago and still have not received them. I did receive an e-mail saying they were sent priority mail on July 27 and should recieve them in 2-3 days. I have tried using a track number but cannot get any updates. I have tried contacting the owner and have not had any replies. I think I may be out my money - so be wary of ordering anything from this company.

Have never used them.. I use Massage Warehouse or Scrip at the moment and always get my stuff way before I think I will.

I also have another more local vendor I use whenever possible... even with shipping, I always get my stuff next day. So impressed!!!

If you used a credit card, you can go thru them to get your money back if you never get them.. I'd call your credit card company if that is the route you used for payment.

Hope they come soon!!!

I have had unpleasant experiences with "priority" mail in the past. I never send anything that way, or choose to have anything sent that way. Either regular mail or UPS or FedEx for me. I hope you get your package!

Sent on 27th, received on 5th. I guess I will have to start using parcel post. It seems to be faster sometimes. I try to get things to them faster through priority mail, but they are not as fast as they are suppose to be. Sorry. :

lmt2005, hope you've finally gotten ahold of your face cradle covers. Mailing things can be funny sometimes... my city for instance can't offer a "next day mail"... it always takes two days. But I'm glad the face cradle covers arrived at last.
I've found just when you think it'll take the better part of a week to get somewhere they'll get it in 2 days. On the other hand if you plan on it taking 2 days, it'll take 6 or more to get there! It's always something! LOL
Jenny, sorry to hear the post office was causing trouble for you! You might want to consider an alternative carrier, at least for deliveries to lmt2005's area of the country!

I finallly did receive them on Saturday. They were delivered to Illinois. I have never had priority mail, and when it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days, I guess that was what I expected not the 8 or 9 days it took. The delivery was not Jenny's fault, but the postal system. So, I owe Jenny a BIG apology. The quality of these face cradles are wonderful, and now that I have them, I will get them again when the need arises. I will also be more patient with waiting for the package. Thanks to all who replied.

I wouldn't be at all suprised if that is what happens here. But I will check out other ways to ship that will be better. lmt2005, I am glad that you got them safe and sound and that you like them. It is wierd because they get to the east coast quicker than they do to the midwest. :?: It is very frustrating, because I try to keep shipping costs down by shrink-wrapping them and putting them in the flatrate priority mail boxes or envelopes, but this isn't working like it should, so I will have to check into something different. Thanks for all the advice. I appreciate it.

Jenny maybe just mention to your customer when you e-mail your confirmation to them, that priority mail can be up to a week or more depending on where they live. Once again, these are the nicest face cradles I've ever had. I hope my impatience and negative comments do not affect your business in any adverse way.

thank you lmt2005, I will do that. Your impatience was undestandable, and the negative comment was taken back later on, so no harm done. Thank for your your comments and I will do my best to make this postal problem better, so that no one else has to wait 9 days when it should be there much sooner.

Actually from lmt2005's comments I am interested in possibly placing an order for them....Sometimes our postal service can look any vendor look bad with the delays! ha ha... Good suggestion that you 'warn' your customers in a confirmation email though, so you will be sure and come across as a caring supplier.
