Facebook Chat history button and also in messages?

Okay so I was sitting with a friend and I noticed on their facebook chat at the bottom next to the box they write in they have a little square button that lets them go to their messages and they can see their entire chat history with that person. They can also just go to their messages and all their facebook chat is in there too.

I don't have that!!! I asked my brother and he said he's had it for a couple months.
Maybe it's another thing facebook people update people on gradually but is there anyway I can get it right away? It'd be super useful at the moment

It´s the new Facebook Messages.
It seems to roll out very slowly and I couldn't´t find a system yet.
Some of my friends use it since months, I got it last week and some others are still waiting.
I think you´ll get it soon, don´t worry. Facebook has too many users to update all at once.
Kind of an exciting game, right?
