Facebook chat weird...?

So I said "hey" to my friend on facebook chat then she said
"why did you send me all those chapters" and i was like WTF?
then she said this is what i sent her:

which is a story i sent her in 2008 in a facebook message... why the heck did she get that chunk from the message on facebook chat randomly? like did someone hack me? should i be worried? like my computer is clean when i did a an anti virus search on my mac!
