Facial Reflexology

Hello,

I'm very interested in taking on a Facial reflexology course and have it had on myself. Has anyone had this treatment? or is anyone doing this treatment?
I want to hear about what it feels like and how effective it would be compared to foot reflex.

Lone Sorensen does workshops all over the world, have you heard of her? I haven't had a treatment, but am interested (unfortunately too expensive to learn for me) in what she has to say, she is on my FB

In the UK Nikke Arrif teachs Facial Reflexology - I had an intro with her last year.

The phrase "Facial Reflexology" doesn't really cover all that it is - it uses 7 "maps" of the body from various traditions - including chinese, vietnamese and South American Indian - as well as using cranial and neurological points.

Nikki's generally at the Mind Body Spirit festival in May, or you could google her website for her next intro. Worth a look, certainly.

This is as relaxing as having a facial and of course you can apply deeper pressure to suit the client. Its also good to offer as some people don't like having their feet touched and it is just as effective as reflex on the feet.

Yes, Lone's treatments are superior. It sounds like the one experienced here by Coerdion is one of these as she has a 7 step system which incorporates it all.

I've been certified by her for the past two years.Yes, the trainings are expensive but worth every penny. I went to the first modual and was hooked and 'found' the monies to attend the other 3 for certification.

I also include CST and neck and shoulder massage in my treatment for 90 minute therapy that is filled with healing and relaxation!

I highly recommend finding someone so you can experience the Power of Healing this treatment provides!

It's interesting there are now beginning to be different forms of "facial reflexology". Kristine's blend of cranio/sacral and reflexology looks interesting - and very different to the Sorenson method. Have you had a treatment cozytoes?
