Fair Rate Split as Reiki IC?

Hi y'all,

I have been working as a Reiki Master Teacher in my own in home office for a long time now since the early 90's. I've been looking for a place to do my thing out of in addition to my home office. A local healing center asked me to come on board to teach and to do sessions as an IC. They would provide the place, some advertising, phone line and credit card services. There will be a small supply fee for candles and sheets. I would be handling any calls for me and other administrative tasks. I was offered something similar to this before but turned it down due to taking on more admin tasks. I'm considering this one but not sure.

What is a fair split for a RMT in this situation do you think? Suggested split on the table is 60/40 for sessions and classes. Not sure how fair this is for the classes, as I do a lot of paperwork, manuals, long hours, food, flowers, beverages, etc.It's been a while! All opinions welcomed.

Would you consider negotiating for separate pay scales? Maybe 60/40 for sessions, and something more favorable to you for the classes....or ask that they provide more for the classes if they prefer the same split.

We used to do 80/20 for classes but we had our own CC processing. You could still do this after the CC fees are considered or just do a 75/25 split to make it easier.
