Fantasy Bar Management

Ok following the thread about bar girl transfer system - I had this bizarre idea of a fantasy bar league, along the same lines as fantasy football - I know its bizarre you can blame that on the Bintang!

HOW TO PLAY:-
Select a team of 11 BG from the player list - right we need some nominations for a player list.....
You can choose a maximum of two players from any existing bar in Patong
You must select a 4-4-2 formation (1 ladyboy (goalkeeper), 2 fat girls (full backs), 2 girls who wear gold (centre backs), 4 girls who can drink tequila slammers till the cows come home (midfielders), two girls who have only been in Phuket a fortnight (strikers)
You have a total budget of 20,000 baht per night, and you can only pick each bar girl once (after all there is only 1 Joy from Captain Kirks)
You make make six transfers per high season, and as many transfers as you like in low season.
SCORING
I need some help on this - haven't thought it through something like - a goal three points - persuade a bunch of Germans to ring the bell.
Assist two points - persuade a coach load of Japanese tourists to come into the bar.
1 point ladyboy gets barfined by drunk farang
3 points ladyboy gets barfined by handsome, sober farang

Anyone else got any suggestions?
