Fellow massage therapist is unlicensed but still practicing massage, does this

effect me? I work at a spa, and while there are way more details than could probably fit in this box, ill try and keep it short.

First off i am a NYS licensed massage therapist, and if you know NYS you know that it is one of the most anal and precisely annoying legal systems in the US.

About 3 weeks ago we found out that our boss was practicing massage in the spa without a license. We all knew she was giving massages, but she said she had a sponsor etc.

Later on somone mentioned that if she got cought for that that it was punishable by the full extent of the law, which in this case is a felony. They continued to say that if the board saw fit that they could strip every worker there of their license for being involved. Whereas i have talked to many people about this its about 70/30 the 70 saying "its probably the smallest chance dont worry about it" or "no way that could happen" but neither side of the argument can give me evidence of either. So my question is whether or not it is even .000000001 percent that i could lose my license over this. Either way if you answer, credible evidence would be greatly appreciated.
